Extract lemon juice in a glass and add some baking soda in it, then add a cup of warm water and stir the mixture. When soda dissolves in water, drink the solution. The mixture of buttermilk, carom seeds and black salt is an excellent Ayurvedic medicine for gastric problem. Mix 1 teaspoon of carom seeds or ajwain and black salt in a cup of buttermilk. If you have no carom seeds, use the celery seeds as an alternative and drink this solution for quick relief.

When you suffer from indigestion and gas problem because of spicy food or fatty food, fennel seeds are very effective measure. Oil of the seed controls flatulence and reduces nausea. Make a powder from the fennel seeds and take this powder, half of teaspoon and mix it with water and drink 2 times a day for best result.
