The interior design of the BMW M5 follows the same sporty look that is used on the exterior design of the car. The interior comes with M sports seats and upholstery made of fine grain Merino leather. There are also extended features to the upholstery. The sills of the door come with M5 lettering and an M driver’s footrest. The interior has exclusive Aluminum Trace trim rips while the BMW roof liner is in Anthracite. On the front there is a standard iDrive control system with a 10.2 inch control display.
The steering wheel comes with buttons which will enable the driver to operate the cruise control system and also the audio and telephone operations. There are two M drive buttons on the left spoke of the steering wheel which can be utilized for configuring the car. For instance, the driver can use the M1 button to get a sport configuration while the M2 button is for a more comfort based set up.
