If you drink garlic milk regularly you can keep asthma attack at bay.

Ginger

Ginger is another excellent remedy for asthma. Ginger can also be used with garlic for better result. To expel phlegm and cough, boil some cloves in garlic tea and consume sip by sip. The drink of ginger tea and garlic works as an expectorant and provides you great relief from breathing problems.
