Na, you cannot escape this even when you know how exercise helps in getting that slim body. I don’t know why people ignore this important thing in life. Why they cannot take out just 30 minutes to 1 hour a day for exercise? The simple answer is laziness. Exercise helps in melting body fat and throwing it out of the body in the form of sweat. Yes, along with salts and toxins, your sweat contains fat cells.
So pick up your butt, wear your jogging shoes and start exercising today. It is not important that you do cardio exercises to lose excess body fat. You can go for any exercise like cycling, swimming, playing your favourite game, aerobics, yoga, etc.
Reduce Stress Levels
