How Candida Affects Men
Infections Caused By Candidiasis
Most of the times Candidiasis in Men is balanced and can also occur in many areas. However, the patient should be careful as the frail balance of the infections, if lost, can cause severe itching and a spread of infections. In women, the same infections occur in the form of the Vaginal Thrush.
The immunity of the infected person and its strength matters to a great extent as the infection can become serious and a little above complicated with patients with a weak immune system. Infections will tend to persist for a longer time in them that is often known as Invasive Candidiasis. If it remain untreated for a very long period of time it can result in fatal life threatening sever situations like Septicaemia and Meningitis.
The causes of the infections include moisture and humidity and extreme changes of the same in a short span of time, irritated skin and other unhygienic conditions maintained by the human being himself. It can also be caused by the change in the immune system of the patient concerned especially when the immune system is weak or even after a heavy course of anti-biotic medicinal treatments fed to the body.
