The Dell XPS 13 has dimensions of 12.5 x 8.1 x 0.25 inches and weighs around 3.6 pounds along with the AC adapter.

Keyboard and Touchpad

Though the keyboard is quite shallow, but being soft it is quite pleasant to use. In spite of being embedded with bright backlight, the black keyboard tray and the keys suppress its luminosity. Moreover, an all-over non-glossy surface is highly appreciated when it comes to laptop interior and this ultrabook has an impressive matte black finish to its keyboard.

The ample acreage of the touchpad also boasts of matte surface and is also better than most of the other Windows laptops. Though you cannot expect the same tactility of a MacBook Air touchpad, but it definitely requires some tweaking to provide useable tap sensitivity.
