To treat cracked heels with olive oil, warm about four tablespoons of olive oil. Wash your feet and dry them on a soft towel. Now apply generous amounts of warm olive oil on the cracks in the heels. Massage the oil well on to the heels. Wear cotton socks and leave them on for a couple of hours. Now remove the socks and again apply warm olive oil on your cracked heels.
This treatment can be repeated as many times during the day. If you cannot perform the treatment during daytime then do it at night. Sleep with the socks on and wash your feet in the morning.

Dip your feet in a basin of warm water for 10 minutes. Scrub your heels gently with a pumice stone to get rid of the dead skin on the heels. Now take two tablespoons of powdered oatmeal and mix it with some cold cream.

Apply the oatmeal scrub on the cracks of your heels and wait for two minutes. Gently start scrubbing your feet with the oatmeal scrub. Rinse the scrub after 5 minutes of massage. Dry your feet on a soft towel. Apply generous amounts of Vaseline on the cracks of your heels.
The quick pedicure and scrubbing would have taken care of the dead skin issues as well as softened the skin of the heels. This will make it easier for the Vaseline to spread and get absorbed. Wear cotton socks and re-apply Vaseline after every four hours. This treatment should be done every day for a period of two weeks.
