Beer Treatment

Eggs are a high source of natural protein and great for the hair as hair thrives and flourishes on protein. Whisk one egg gently into warm water.  Slather this mixture in your hair and let it air dry for a few minutes. Now rinse your hair well with luke warm water. Coconut Oil

Damaged hair is stripped of all moisture so what it needs is intense moisturizing treatments and nothing works better that warm coconut oil. Use the purest form of coconut oil. Heat the oil such that it is hot but not scalding. Massage generous amounts of the oil into your hair. Steam your hair for 30 minutes so that the oil seeps deep into the roots.
