How To Live Fearlessly
“They hold no fear in the mind. There is a different psychology in practice. They challenge whatever is generally being feared of.” These are the things which usually come to the mind when we try to associate with those who endorse the qualities of living fearlessly.
We Cannot Live With Fear Ruling Inside Our Bodies.
This is the message. Now, every living human culture and civilization has at least one or two epic tales of bravery and courage to pass on to the coming generations.
In these extra-ordinary situations where people are showing heroism and over-powering the mightiest, there is another story running along on parallel lines which narrates the tale of their own weakness and the fear of doubt inside. We need to micro-focus on these aspects of the warrior’s character to solve the mystery in our own lives.
Our Question Is That How To Live Fearlessly.
Almost everyone out there in this universe has some amount of fear inside them. What degree of fear do you have in your life?
These are the types of questions you need to ask first. Fear is not a bad thing to have. This puts us into an uncomfortable position of not being able to identify it righteously.
The biggest challenge for many is that how to control fear and manage it. This leads us further to a whole set of different situations where we can possibly think of even getting benefitted from it. What an achievement it would be?
Fear does not only push us back but also propels us forth. Now, it is your choice which direction to move into.
You would find people getting involved in events like bungee jumping etc. for the very first time. This clearly shows that people have found the fear of heights (in this particular case) interesting and challenging. It has instilled an exceptional sense of self-belief to conquer heights. So, the fear of heights has made them dependable and stronger than ever.
In another situation, a person is afraid of travelling to a distant land alone for the fear of being killed or robbed over there. He has not taken a step out of the home and fearful thoughts have already started bothering him.
It becomes a matter of grave concern when he discloses that he has never travelled in his life before. So, this leaves us with a situation that the fear or phobia is inside than the problem being outside.
This type of fear which does not exist in reality is only there because of persistent thinking pattern and continued behavioral approach towards it.
When such thoughts start originating on its own and you find yourself helpless to deal with, then it is the fear of confronting the truth which makes you take a shelter in the dark corner of the room. We need to disconnect ourselves from it straightaway and stop feeding it over a period of time.
The historical evolution of mankind can provide extensive information into the details and functioning of how to live fearlessly, now and forever.
1. Do Not Treat Fear as Good or Bad:
This puts an added responsibility of identifying any type of fear righteously on its merits. It is just to make you aware of the underlying situation that no specific condition is good or bad until you bring your own unique perspective to it. Every fear has a purpose to serve. This is the message you need to spread across different sections of the society.
We, as a whole generation, would have been standing at a different time and place with or without the amount of fear in our lives. The good part about being aware of your fear is that it raises the level of consciousness. You certainly become far more active about your limitations as an individual.

So, fear was never being feared during the initial stages of evolution. It is also because you were unaware of the consequences of falling short in the struggle to overcome the permanent effects of fear. It was somewhere here and in-between our own failure to understand that why we start becoming afraid or fearful of certain things in life.
The destructive phase begins when we consider fear as a ‘sort of natural entity which is as common like oxygen running in the air’.
2. Being Fearless is About Knowing Your Fear Inside Out:
You need to address the situation. You know that a certain type of fear is sitting deep inside your mind for long now. Once you find out that it does not have any specific incident or memory attached to it, you are required to act spontaneously. It becomes easier because you do not have any personal agenda or issues attached with it. It was just there because you were busy doing other things in life.
3. Realizing That Emotional or Psychological Types of Fear are the Most Difficult Ones:
This would test your mental toughness and strength of character. Emotional or psychological types of fear absorb all the energy needed to fight against it.
The concept behind living fearlessly understands the emotional and physical restrictions in place. It is the past experience which makes it extremely difficult for you to overcome the situation. The secret is to wait for the right moment because with the passage of time new memories would replace the old incidents happened in life earlier.
4. Living Fearlessly is All About Knowing When to Stop:
People, who prepare themselves every time a new challenge arises, they have strong intuitive skills along with right attitude to make it possible. There is a beginning and end to every event before the next one arrives. You need to utilize the past experience purposefully to take it to the next level of evolution. It is our day to day learning which proves to be significant in the end.
We all have the inner-power to live fearlessly in our own unique way. There is nothing called as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ as long as you can learn something important from the situation and live a successful life based on it.
